Tribal Dragon Tattoo
The steps I took to create this tribal dragon tattoo on the woman's arm are first clone the skin near the bra strap and cover the strap. Second, clone the blue near the website name and cover that. Then I found dragon tattoo and pasted it on the arm, re sized it and faded it. Then I took the color out and made it all black using the threshold tool.
Shoulder Tattoo
For this tattoo I did the same with the strap and website as the tribal tattoo. Then I found a shoulder tattoo and pasted it on the shoulder. I faded it and re sized it. Lastly I moved it perfectly on the shoulder.
